Personalized hypertension care from $50/month
A direct-to-consumer, private pay / non-insurance program for Colorado patients who want specialized blood pressure care without waiting for insurance approval. Your first month is $150 and includes the connected blood pressure device and app; after that it is $50/month, and you can stop and start the monthly service at any time.
